Horsley Lodge, Horsley, Derbyshire, April 2023

Horsley Lodge in Horsley, Derbyshire was the setting for this stunning spring day wedding. I met Chris and his party at his home where the whisky was on hand to calm the nerves!! We had great laughs and some fun photography was captured before we headed over to the venue.

Once there, Chris was greeting his guests and final touches were being made to the venue, before the ceremony. The whisky had clearly worked wonders as Chris appeared to show no nerves before Anthony’s arrival. The ceremony was lovely and their guests couldn’t wait to congratulate them afterwards.

Some post ceremony portraits were then captured down by the lake side before the drinks started to flow. Some heart warming speeches followed at the wedding breakfast and then the party really started. Anthony clearly embraced the dance floor.

The sun was splitting the skies throughout the day, and a few sunburnt faces were glowing by the end!!

What a fantastic celebration Chris & Anthony had on their wedding day. I wish you both all the best.
